Cardio Dance is a 60-minute high-energy class that will burn calories and tone your body in a fun way. The lesson will keep you moving for the whole hour. We will start with a warm-up, follow up with choreographies tuned to specific music, and end with stretching & relaxation.
Cardio dance class is a great chance to learn different dance movements and dance styles while getting a great workout. It is created for all levels and ages. There is no difficult technique in the steps involved, so it is easy for everyone to pick up the movements.
It's good for your heart, makes you stronger, and can help with balance and coordination. A 60-minute dance class burns between 260 and 500 calories, about the same as jogging.
