Mommy & Me is a great class not only for moms but all family members (dads, aunts, uncles, grandparents, etc.) who want to have fun dancing and exercising with the little ones. The lessons are for children from three months to the age of two and a family member.

It is a perfect way to exercise, socialize, and meet like-minded people. It will also help to further develop the connection between you and the baby.
